OUR STORY
We didn't start in the AI era.
We grew into it.
From a content partner born in 2012 to an AI visibility agency built for the age of answer engines. This is how we got here.
Where it all began.
We started as Coffeegraphy, a content writing agency, in 2012 with a simple belief: great content can change businesses. We weren't thinking about AI back then. We were thinking about words, ideas, and how to make them land.
Over the next decade, we worked with brands across industries, creating websites, blogs, and thought leadership content. Every project added to our understanding of what makes content worth reading, sharing, and acting on.
Everything changed. So did we.
Around 2019 - 2020, it became clear that content was entering a new era driven by AI.
The rules started changing. Search evolved. Social media shifted their logic. Audiences became hard to reach and harder to impress. New platforms emerged, new habits formed, and old assumptions stopped working.
We spent those disruptive years doing what we've always done: learning. We watched those changes closely, studied the shifts, learned new tools and technology, and experimented with new approaches.
The more we learned, the clearer it became that people no longer discover brands through a single channel. They search, scroll, ask AI tools, compare sources, and seek recommendations. Businesses needed a way to stay visible and credible wherever those journeys begin.
The Reinvention
In 2024, two of the founders of Coffeegraphy came together to launch Crimson Salt, an AI visibility agency built for a new era of search.
The goal was to create something brands actually needed: one partner for visibility, authority, and content. By bringing LLM optimization, managed content, and founder-led marketing together, we help businesses build a stronger presence across modern search.
Today, we bring 14 years of experience to every engagement. More importantly, we bring the perspective that comes from adapting through every major shift in content, search, and digital marketing.
